Ingredients: ⁣⁣

➡️2 lb 97% lean ground turkey⁣⁣
➡️12 oz Thin sliced red cabbage ⁣⁣
➡️3 large Carrots shredded or 6 ounces shredded carrots ⁣⁣
➡️1 red bell pepper- Diced⁣⁣
➡️2 scallions – sliced ⁣⁣
➡️1/4 cup low sodium coconut aminos (or low sodium tamari or soy sauce)⁣⁣
➡️1 tablespoon Olive oil⁣⁣
➡️Salt & pepper for taste⁣⁣

Note : You can also use Bag of Coleslaw Mix instead of Red Cabbage & Carrots. ⁣

Instructions:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✅Add olive oil on a medium heat pan and add red peppers & Scallions. Sauté for 3 minutes. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✅Add ground turkey in large non-stick pan on medium-high heat and brown ground turkey. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✅Once turkey is cooked (about 5-8 minutes) add in shredded red cabbage & carrots, ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✅Reduce heat to medium and cook while stirring for another 5 minutes or until cabbage and carrots become tender.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✅Add in coconut aminos, stir and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✅Remove from heat and divide into 6 portions.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
*Optional: top with chili sauce or toasted sesame seeds (not included in nutrition facts)⁣
