➡️2 lb 97% lean ground turkey
➡️12 oz Thin sliced red cabbage
➡️3 large Carrots shredded or 6 ounces shredded carrots
➡️1 red bell pepper- Diced
➡️2 scallions – sliced
➡️1/4 cup low sodium coconut aminos (or low sodium tamari or soy sauce)
➡️1 tablespoon Olive oil
➡️Salt & pepper for taste
Note : You can also use Bag of Coleslaw Mix instead of Red Cabbage & Carrots.
✅Add olive oil on a medium heat pan and add red peppers & Scallions. Sauté for 3 minutes.
✅Add ground turkey in large non-stick pan on medium-high heat and brown ground turkey.
✅Once turkey is cooked (about 5-8 minutes) add in shredded red cabbage & carrots,
✅Reduce heat to medium and cook while stirring for another 5 minutes or until cabbage and carrots become tender.
✅Add in coconut aminos, stir and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
✅Remove from heat and divide into 6 portions.
