0.25 tsp., Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakesā£ā£ā£
1 tbsp(s), Italian Seasoning
1 tsp (1.8 g), Spices, oregano, driedā£ā£ā£
1 tsp, Saltā£ā£ā£
1 tsp(s), Black pepperā£ā£ā£
1 large, Egg whisked ā£ā£ā£
3 clove, Garlic chopped ā£ā£ā£
0.50 cup raw Quinoa – Cook accordingly ā£ā£ā£
1 white Onion diced ā£ā£ā£

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan.ā£ā£ā£

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix.ā£ā£ā£

Roll into 28 balls and place on a baking sheet ( I usually use ice-cream scoop) ā£ā£ā£

Bake for 25-30 minutes (until golden ā£ā£ā£
brown). Flip meatballs about 10 minutes after cooking.ā£ā£ā£
