Super easy! Healthy! Make in batches! Served with Oven Roasted Vegetables

16 oz, Ground Beef 85/15
0.25 tsp., Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp(s), Italian Seasoning
1 tsp (1.8 g), Spices, oregano, dried
1 tsp, Salt
1 tsp(s), Black pepper
1 large, Egg whisked
3 clove, Garlic chopped
0.50 cup raw Quinoa – Cook accordingly
1 white Onion diced
✅Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan.
✅In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix.
✅Roll into 28 balls and place on a baking sheet ( I usually use ice-cream scoop)
✅Bake for 25-30 minutes (until golden
brown). Flip meatballs about 10 minutes after cooking.
✅ Serve with your favorite vegetables. I did Oven roasted Zucchini, Squash and Red onion with Dill next to it.
