Oven Roasted Salmon with Potato, Corn, Snap Pea Salad with side of Tzatziki Sauce

I like re-creating some recipes by shaving hundreds of calories and just make them fit right in to my macros.  Cutting simply 200 calories from one  meal will add up 1400 calories per week. That means you can lose just about  1/2 pound a week just by doing that.

Original Recipe called for 674 calories with 34 grams of fat , 44 grams of protein and 49 grams of carbohydrates.
