Project Red Cord / Shoulder Extension & Mobility Exercise Part 1

I got introduced RedCord by my Massage Therapist Gilbert Pena. On my 1st assessment he has done, I have never felt so weak in my entire life. It was a such a humbling experience to find out all my weak links and what was actually holding be back to become better Coach & Athlete. I thought i was strong until he had me put through all the Red Core Assessments.

Video below is our 1st red core training specifically targeting Pelvic Floor , Transverse Abdominals, Glut activation even though this a shoulder extension assessment. Teaching me to how to breath correctly and moving my body as one unit.
