There is no reason we can not enjoy a simple Donuts that doesn’t have triple the amount of calories , fat and all that additional junk , chemicals and additives.
Macro Breakdown : Per donut 97 calories , Carbs: 13.4 , Fat :2.8 , Pro : 4.6

Ingredients :
- 14 gram coconut flour (Kroger or vitacost)
- 53 gram FlapJacked buttermilk Protein Pancake mix ( Kroger or VitaCost)
- 1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 baking flour (Kroger)
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (trader Joe’s)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Dash of Salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 tsp Grade A maple Syrup ( i like Trader joe organic one. It is not expensive)
- 122 gram Organic Can Pumpkin (trader joes)
- 1/4 cup Organic Reduced Fat Coconut Milk ( Trader Joe’s)
- 2 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For Glaze and dust
- 5 gram organic Powdered Sugar mix with 1 tsp coconut milk
- Another 5 gram Organic Powdered Sugar to dust it.
Directions:
- Pre Heat oven to 350
- In a bowl , whisk eggs , coconut milk , apple sauce , vanilla extract , maple syrup , can pureed pumpkin.
- In a separate bowl , mix all the dry ingredients
- Mix dry ingredient ( i used strainer to make sure not have clumps) into liquid.

- Spray oil donut pan and do Picture below 🙂

- Cook about 20 minutes and let them cool on a cooling rack.
- top with the glaze & dust with rest of the Powdered Sugar
- Enjoy
