I went to Whole Sale Grocery Store(no name need) and saw these Aussie bites labeled as all organic , delicious healthy Snack with 1 Cookie 130 calories , 7 grams fat ,16 grams carbs and 2 grams protein only.Label below is from their package.

I decided I can beat their macros , making same size Cookie with half of the calories and macros.
Ayse Aussie Bites Ingredients :
Serving Size : 24
Macros: 1 cookie – 66 calories , 4.1 gram fat , 5.5 gram carbs , 2 gram Protein
- 20 gram Quinoa ( not cooked)
- 90 gram Gluten free Quick Cooking oats – Bob’s red mill
- 28 gram Unsweetened Shredded Coconut – Bob’s red mill
- 4 table spoon Ground Flaxseed with mixed berries – Spectrum
- 2 table spoon Chia Seeds – Trader Joe’s
- 0.2 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.2 cup Unsalted Dry Toasted Slivered Almonds – Trader Joe’s ( 1 serving size)
- 0.2 cup Raisins California Thompson Seedless- Trader Joe’s ( 1 serving size)
- 0.5 cup Native Forest ( or any brand) Light Coconut Milk
- 3 table spoon Liquid Egg whites
- 1 large Egg
- 1 fluid ounces Coconut oil ( melted , not thick form)
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
- In a hand blender , blender or food processor
- Chop Quinoa until it is very small pieces
- Add oats in the blender and chop until oats are very small
- Add Chia Seeds , Baking Soda Shredded Coconuts and Flax Seeds and pulse for few times.After pulsing transfer all ingredients from blender to separate bowl
- Hand chop Almonds and Raisins and add in the dry mixes

- In a Separate Bowl , light beat egg , egg whites , coconut milk and Vanilla extract
- Slowly add Coconut oil in the egg Mixture and mix.
- Make hole in dry mixes and add liquid ingredients and slowly stir.
- It will look like this

- Put muffin tins in the 24 count muffin pan , spray oil slightly.
- Evenly divide mix in the tins

- Place the Aussie Bites in the 350 degree oven and cook them about 20 minutes.
- Toothpick will come out clean when you check them.
- cool them and ENJOY!!!! ( keep them in a sealed container after they are cool down)
