MY COACHING CONSULTATION PACKAGE CAN BE BROKEN DOWN INTO 3 SIMPLE STEPS:

Step 1: Assessment (30-minute session)

In Step 1, prior to your first meeting, you’ll complete a comprehensive intake survey covering all aspects affecting performance and physique: diet, supplementation, lifestyle, stress, activity, and recovery habits. During your first coaching session you’ll develop a complete picture of your current state and position yourself for success.

Step 2: Advisement (30-minute session)

In Step 2, you’ll receive specific nutrition strategies and a plan to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. Personal goals, daily nutrition, workout nutrition, supplementation and recovery will be addressed.

Step 3: Measure + Adjust (30-minute session)

In Step 3 you’ll have the opportunity to measure where you are, address challenges + opportunities and adjust anything necessary to further aid in achieving your goals.

At that point you can continue your journey with Ayse with monthly coaching options to build your nutrition knowledge, challenge yourself in new ways and stay motivated for the long haul.
